Qualification
1. Pharmacist (Allopathy)
12th class pass with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry &Biology )
Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and
Two years’ experience as Pharmacist in any recognized Hospital or Pharmacy after duly registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and OR
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
2. Nursing Officer
B.Sc (Hons) in Nursing OR
Regular course in B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University or Institute; OR
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife with State Nursing Council; OR
Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wife from a recognized Board OR Council;
Registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-Wife (Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse and Registered Mid-wife) from State Nursing Council.
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (Medical Attendant/ Lady Medical Attendant)
10th class pass from a recognized board.{(For MTS (Common), MA (MTS) & LMA (MTS)}
4. Lower Division Clerk
12th class pass from a recognized board
5. Junior Health Administrative Assistant (Lower Division Clerk)
12th class pass from a recognized Board.
