The Non Resident Keralites Affairs abbreviated as NORKA is a department of the Government of Kerala formed on 6 December 1996 to redress the grievances of Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs). It is the first of its kind formed in any Indian state. Qualification
General Nursing or B.Sc Nursing is the basic qualification. 3 years work experience is mandatory for candidates who have passed General Nursing only. But candidates who have completed B.Sc Nursing and Post B.Sc Nursing do not need any special work experience. Upper age limit will be 39 years. 300 nurses are also eligible in the fifth phase of Triple Win.
